i think i'm live yeah i'm live so uh i'm back with another in this series on authority and it's a little bit all over the place in this series but uh it started out those of you who have watched some of the other ones know that started out with my indignation at having been thrown out of a catholic church for not being vaccinated and uh i got a little bit of vindication in part two this is back in uh december i got a little bit bit of vindication then more into indignation when i got violently assaulted and some bureaucracy when i tried to get through the red tape to actually talk to someone who would take responsibility and claim some authority at st joseph's oratory never got any headway with that nothing happened so far uh people have been advising me to press charges against the security guard to rough me up but we'll see part five i talked about the vaccine passport going for bench province wide in quebec part six i talked about uh reaching out who was i reaching out to i don't even remember i guess trying to reach out to the hierarchy oh yeah reaching out i guess trying to find uh somewhere where i could get the sacraments possibly i'll have to go back and listen to that it's only an eight minute video uh part seven elation that's when i sort of figured out that i can get the sacraments in an underground church then we had mr lego imposing a curfew in part eight of my series part nine i talk about the truckers in ottawa and you can see i got the shirt here i support truckers freedom convoy still have my flags up here i got my uh little sticker there on my guitar so uh today i'm gonna do part 10. well yeah i talked about uh ottawa and now i'm going to talk today about canada what i'm going to do is i'm going to talk about the bill of rights it's out of it's obsolete now the bill of rights in canada it's been superseded by the charter of rights and freedoms and i'm also going to take a look at that and i'm going to take a look at the constitution so before i do that i just want to mention that i did get banned for life from one of my one of my favorite places st joseph's oratory where i was assaulted i was banned for life i can never go back unless i have a vaccine passport unless i'm vaccinated so i went there today i disguised myself i wore my hair down that bandana covering my dark eyebrows i had yellow sunglasses i had a blue mask which i never wear right up under my eyes so you couldn't see anything my big hair was down i had a big coat on so like king david sneaking into the temple and eating the show bread or whatever he did and stealing not stealing but taking the sword of goliath which he used to chop off the head of goliath david feigned madness and he went to the temple and he did all sorts of things that were illegal um because it was war time it's war time and the same thing here i went and i snuck into saint joseph's oratory because it's my right to worship god there it's my wife right to pray at the tomb of saint brother andre i have a devotion long-standing devotion to saint brother andre so i went and prayed for his heart which is exposed in a jar glass jar i prayed before his tomb closed tomb and i just generally did my thing at st joseph's oratory which i love to do and uh i felt a little bit silly walking around like a freak turning a few heads with my strange look but it felt good i had i went to confession it was amazing i did some prayers and tomorrow morning i'll go to mass so i'm hoping to avail myself more and more frequently of the sacraments because i need it i need it desperately my faith to have spiritual strength to have a deep and meaningful prayer life i need the sacraments i'm not just saying i i know from experience i need it i need it i need the graces that come from confession and from the eucharist so that's a little update on that and it's relevant because this is in the context of my series on authority but today we're going to be talking as i said about three documents the canadian bill of rights the canadian charter of rights and freedoms and the constitution of 1867 with amendments through 2011. so let's get right into it canadian bill of rights c 44 an act for the recognition and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms ascended to 10th of august 1960. the parliament of canada affirming that the canadian nation is founded upon principles that acknowledge the supremacy of god the dignity and worth of the human person and the position of the family in a society of free men and free institutions wow look at that god the worth of the human person the position of the family in a society of free men and free institutions and yes men includes both sexes affirming also that men and institutions remain free only when freedom is founded upon respect for moral and spiritual values and the rule of law amen and being desirous of enshrining these principles and the human rights and fundamental freedoms derived from them in a bill of rights which shall reflect the respect of parliament for its constitutional authority let me just pan up here a little bit so i'll say that again and being desirous of enshrining these principles and the human rights and fundamental freedoms derived from them in a bill of rights which shall reflect the respect of parliament for its constitutional authority and which shall ensure the protection of these rights and freedoms in canada therefore her majesty that is the queen by and with the advice and consent of the senate and the house of commons of canada and acts as follows so it's the queen that enacts part one bill of rights it is hereby recognized and declared that in canada there have existed and shall continue to exist without discrimination by reason of race national origin color religion or sex not gender but sex the following human rights and fundamental freedoms namely a the right of the individual to life liberty and security of the person and enjoyment of property and the right not to be deprived thereof except by due process of law b the right of the individual to equality before the law and protection of the law c freedom of religion boom d freedom of speech e freedom of assembly and association and f freedom of the press what a sad state the press is in today in canada and in the western world moving on number two every law of canada shall unless it is expressly declared by an act of the parliament of canada that it shall operate notwithstanding the canadian bill of rights shall be so construed and applied as not to abrogate a bridge or infringe or to authorize the abrogation abridgement or infringement of any of the rights or freedoms herein recognized and declared and in particular no law of canada shall be construed or applied so as to a authorize or affect the arbitrary detention imprisonment or exile of any person i wonder what our pastor polish pastor out west thinks of this when he reads this b impose or authorizing imposition of cruel and unusual treatment or punishment again uh pastor arthur pollowski i think that's how you pronounce his name i think he's being subject to arbitrary detention and cruel and unusual treatment or punishment c deprive a person who has been arrested or detained one of the right to be informed promptly of the reason for his arrest or detention two of the right to detain and instruct counsel without delay or three the remedy by way of habeas corpus for the determination of the validity of his detention and for his release if the detention is not lawful so obviously there have been abuses which gave rise to this bill of rights and we need to be very very careful as we read this and scrutinize our current situation d authorize a court tribunal commission board or other authority to compel a person to give evidence if he is denied counsel protection of self-recommend recrimination or other constitutional safeguards so just bear in mind we're reading things that cannot be imposed no law of canada shall be construed or applied so as to do any of these things okay e deprive a person of the right to a fair hearing in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice for the determination of his rights and obligations f deprive a person charged with a criminal offense of the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to the law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal or of the right to up to reasonable bail without just cause excuse me reasonable bail without just cause that's right or g deprive a person of the right to the assistance assistance of an interpreter in any proceedings in which he's involved or in which he is a party or witness before a court commission board or other tribunal if he does not understand or speak the language in which such proceedings are conducted that point f with the reasonable bail i think tamara leach was a victim of abuse in that by the first judge that denied her bail just my opinion who knows three item one subject to subsection two the minister of justice shall in accordance with such regulations as may be prescribed in the governor in council examine every regulation transmitted to the clerk of the private privy council for regular registration pursuant to the da da da da do i need to read this i don't think i need to read this part two nothing in part one shall be construed or upgraded construed to abrogate or abridge any human right or fundamental freedom not enumerated therein that may have existed in canada at the command at the commencement of this act two the expression law of canada in part one means an act of the parliament of canada enacted before or after the coming into force of this act any order rule or regulation there under and any law in force in canada or in any part of canada at the command at the commencement of this act that is subject to be repealed abolished or altered by the parliament of canada and finally three the provision the provisions of part one shall be construed as extending only to matters coming within the legislative authority of the parliament of canada so the real meat and potatoes here is part one the bill of rights i didn't need to read all that other nonsense but let's move on now this has been um superseded by the canadian charter of rights and freedoms and this starts off with a bang listen to this whereas canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of god and the rule of law right everyone knows who and what god is what the rule of law is under god boom guarantee of rights and freedoms one the canadian charter of rights and freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society amen beautiful fundamental freedoms two everyone has the following fundamental freedoms a freedom of conscience and religion b freedom of thought belief opinion expression and expression including freedom of the press and other media of communication c freedom of peaceful assembly boom and d freedom of association democratic rights every citizen of canada has the right to vote in an election of members of the house of commons or of a legislative assembly and to be qualified for membership therein for one no house of commons and no legislative assembly shall continue for longer than five years from the date fixed for the return okay we don't need to read this this isn't as interesting mobility rights every citizen of canada has a right to enter remain in and leave canada i wonder uh they feel like they're justified in uh with this so-called pandemic it seems to be uh going out of fashion now i wonder if they felt justified and doing the lockdowns and the travel restrictions to every citizens of canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of canada has the right a to move and to take up residence in any province and be to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province blah blah blah i don't need to read all of this legalrite 7 everyone has the right to life liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice amazing there are principles of fundamental justice who knew everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned everyone has the right on arrest or detention to be informed promptly of the reasons therefore and to retain and instruct counsel without delay and to be informed of that right and to have the validity of the detention determined by way of habeas corpus and to be released if the detention is not lawful so we can see how this is mirroring the bill of rights okay fundamental rights and freedoms right so we need to read these documents very carefully i'm not going to read it all equality under the law language issues minority language education rights enforcement anyone whose rights or freedoms as guaranteed by this charter have been infringed or denied may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court considers appropriate and just in the circumstances where in proceedings under subsection one a court concludes that evidence was obtained in a manner that infringed or denied any rights of freedoms guaranteed guaranteed by this charter the evidence shall be excluded if it is established that having regard to all the circumstances the admission of it in the proceeding would bring the administration of justice into disrepute beautiful document the guarantee in this charter of certain rights and freedoms shall not be construed so as to abrogate or derogate from any aboriginal treaty or other rights or freedoms that pertain to the aboriginal peoples of canada including a any rights or freedoms that have been recognized by the royal proclamation of october 7 1763 i should read that and b any rights or freedoms that now exist by way of land claim land claims agreements or may maybe so acquired certain rights and freedoms shall not be construed as denying the existence of any other rights or freedoms that exist in canada okay so i don't need to continue with that paragraph application here's a nice citation okay this is not the one i was thinking maybe it's in the bill of rights i'll go back and look at that but i'll read this citation from pierre elliot trudeau in 1981 this is the father of our current prime minister i struggle to admit that he is a legitimate prime minister because he's such a dweeb but anyway justin trudeau's father pierre pierrelli trudeau said in 1981 quote we must now establish the basic principles the basic values and beliefs which hold us together as canadians so that beyond our regional loyalties there is a way of life in a system of values which makes us proud of the country that has given us such freedom and such immeasurable joy so i don't disagree with that it's not the beautiful citation that was in the preceding document the bill of rights okay if we look at the what diefenbaker said back in 1960 the right honorable john what is that john g diefenbaker prime minister of canada house commons debates july 1 1960. this is what he said quote i am a canadian a free canadian free to speak without fear free to worship god in my own way free to stand for what i think right hold the line free to oppose what i believe wrong amen free to choose those who shall govern my country election fraud is a big issue right this heritage of freedom i pledge to uphold for myself and all mankind amen so when i talked about election fraud i was talking about the liberal party flooding the media with money so that all of the reporting at election time just uh emphasizes the liberal candidates it's just uh it's uh there's a major conflict of interest there the state owned state-run media is promoting the party that gave them all that money to promote them it's a conflict of interest i think that's my opinion i'm no expert but that's just my hunch as a layman let's take a really quick look at the constitution itself now the constitution itself contains within it the canadian charter of rights and freedoms which is sort of a reworking of the bill of rights okay so that's how we have to think about this sort of like uh russian dolls right dolls within dolls so the constitution itself i read the whole thing it said that i don't have my highlights i wanted it i wanted to share my highlights but my kindle when it's pdf when i import a pdf into my kindle for some reason uh my desktop application doesn't track my highlights my notes so instead of uh instead of reading this or reading parts of it maybe i'll just jump to the juicy part so this whole reason i'm doing this today is to show you this right here okay bear in mind this is the constitution act of 1982 and there are revisions and amendments all the way up to of your screen there so the original is 1867 i believe and uh their revisions all the way up to 2011. and this is what i wanted to this is why i wanted to make the video about canada and where things started to go south it's right here this revision this amendment to the constitution and in particular to that part of the constitution known as the canadian charter of rights and freedoms this amendment this revision replaces the word the notion of god with god or other deities our founding fathers i would hope would be horrified at this now the queen the queen of england she approved of this change but she is i guess we could say an arch heretic she's the popes of her radical christian community known as the church of england anglicanism whatever it's called right i mean no disrespect her but she is the head of a heretical christian community and if you look at the history of the church of england the history of anglicanism i think those are sin and i think those are synonymous ways of saying the same religion the same christian community but if you look at the history of that religion from henry viii till today you'll just see nothing but compromise corruption and more and more and more heresy being introduced the first sort of blow was the issue of divorce with henry viii that's obvious every school child knows that story but lesser a little bit lesser known i guess is the contraception issue that really blasted things wide open and things have been devolving in that christian community at a very very fast pace ever since um i forget what year that uh conference took place of a sort of an ecumenical gathering of different christian communities including the catholic church and everyone except for the catholic church embraced contraception right one of the i think one of the simplest proofs that the catholic church is the one true church is it's the only one who stands firm on contraception it's uh it's a sort of litmus test i guess um is it called the lambeth conferences is that what it's called i'm just going from memory here but uh you can look at you can look into the look into this historical event it's very tragic everyone got on board with contraception and then as was predicted it led to increased divorce rates uh abortion no fault divorce all kinds of things and uh pornography everything it's just everything that will destroy the family was introduced not introduced but uh sort of given the green light so all of this to say that the head of the anglican church we should not be surprised if she her highness is comfortable replacing god with god or other deities i'm not certain i'm a little bit surprised i'm a little bit surprised but we can't be too too surprised right because as saint mother teresa said if abortion is not wrong then nothing's wrong right and the anglican christian community embraces abortion now so not not every individual but uh as a christian community they're they've strayed they've strayed from the catholic church on all of the most important issues and they no longer have holy orders they no longer have a priesthood because they strayed so far that the catholic church declared their orders to be null and void and they lost that so i don't have much to add here it's just a historical fact that slapped me in the face and punched me in the gut when i read the constitution of canada and i was eagerly keeping my eyes open for any mention of god there's only one or two mentions of god but sadly there's this compromise that's kept in where we have placed ourselves under the supremacy not of god but of god or other deities we know the other deities are demons we know that we know that all of the other so-called deities are demons we know that from holy scripture and from common sense and from the church fathers and the economical councils we know we know that all of the other deities so-called deities are demons so canada is now replacing god with a pack of demons and we have the results right when we see the lies when we see the corruption when we see the deception when we see the manipulation the heavy-handedness lack of truth the lack of justice lack of goodness everything that is evil is being promoted uh i don't go into details but all the sexual stuff all the gender stuff everything that is good and wholesome about the family as the fundamental unit of society everything about the family that's good and wholesome is being attacked in the west and it's not just canada it's not just england it's not just the us or australia or new zealand europe most of europe it's it's so many countries i i don't know exactly how many countries i know putin put out a list of unfriendly countries i'd like to do a correlation and see if there's a correlation between the unfriendly countries i know canada was at the top of the list i don't know if it was at the top of the list only because i read it in a canadian mainstream media outlet but it was at the top of the list and uh all the european countries and usa and various different places and i just watched a i just watched an interesting video on shoot my wife showed it to me she's culturally greek orthodox so she she's highly um she thinks highly of uh the orthodox including the russian orthodox she has a soft spot in her heart for any of these orthodox countries and she showed me a video of a russian or excuse me ed this is unusual my boss bought me an iphone and i don't i should shut the volume off i don't know how to do that i haven't played with it yet so anyway there's this video of a russian orthodox priest giving a speech saying thank you how long have we been praying how long have we been praying to rid our country god almighty please rid our country remove from our country the corruption and the corrupting elements of the west pornhub number one pornhub demonic pornhub which right here in montreal quebec that globe i don't know if it's the global headquarters but it's one of the major headquarters of the mother company if you want to use that word that's an ironic use of the word mother when we're talking about pornography but one of the umbrella companies one of the largest pornography producers providers whatever you want to call it spiritual warfare research and development i don't know what you want to call it but uh what's it called brain something brain i should look that up anyway they're right here in montreal quebec and they own and operate pornhub among other pornographic uh purveyors of pornography it's thoroughly denied thoroughly demonic completely demonic so this russian orthodox priest was thanking god thank you finally you've heard our prayers finally you've removed from us the pernicious pornhub and he mentioned a few other of these pernicious influences from the west the west is sick the west is rotten it's demoralized it's demoralized in the technical sense of the word in in terms of uh communist agenda the marxist agenda the cultural marxist agenda of demoralizing a people right it's spelled out very clearly how you demoralize a people you attack the family you introduce sexual immorality you normalize sexual immorality everything that's kinky and weird and if you look at what they're teaching in our schools here in canada and the us and different uh quote-unquote commonwealth countries and other western countries it's disgusting it's absolutely disgusting so this russian orthodox priest was thanking god and he was being a bit sarcastic obviously because he knows that these measures these sanctions are meant to be a punishment and he's just pointing out how evil these these cultural influences are i forget i forget what other things he listed pornhub was number one that caught my attention and i agree with him one hundred percent we have to pray pray it away pray the gay away pray the pedophilia away pray the rape away pray the incest away pray masturbation away pray it all away so the russian orthodox priest was very excited and happy that at least temporarily some of this pernicious nonsense will be withheld from his beautiful parishioners and fellow countrymen i know there are a lot of there are a lot of um references to russia and including the ukraine and different prophecies i've seen i haven't been researching it but i've just had a few i stumbled upon on a few things and so my listeners have sent me a couple of little links about uh fatima and some other apparitions of our lady and prophecies and stuff like that it's very important to have the consecration the bishops as i think you all know now the bishops of the ukraine have asked pope francis to please for the love of god consecrate properly and publicly by name russia and the ukraine to the immaculate heart of mary so that we can avoid the disaster mitigate this disaster and all the prophecies seem to indicate that and you don't have to believe these prophecies but they seem to i think it'd be foolish not to but the they seem to indicate that uh russia will devastate europe so i haven't looked too deeply into it i'm not probably not going to either but it's so easy it's so easy when i went to confession today i had to bike for an hour in the snow and i had to dress up in disguise myself and i had to sneak in and there was a bit of effort made there but when you think about being in the state of grace uh the effort is nothing really the effort was nothing i felt like i was floating on a cloud on my bike ride home completely free completely at peace if you haven't been in the confessional recently go back if you haven't ever been to sacramento confession with a priest with a catholic priest then i highly highly recommend it if you've listened to any of the videos on my channel you'll know that i emphasize this because it is so powerful the graces you get in the confessional if you make a good complete confession with a firm resolve never to repeat those sins or anything if you go into the confession with that attitude and you're honest it's amazing it's amazing so it's uh it's very easy the reason i'm mentioning confession and how easy it is how much you get it's like naaman with his leprosy he didn't want to wash seven times in this local river because he thought his water back home was better and it's just too easy but the point is if he was asked to do something difficult he would have done it right and so it's so easy to go to confession just do it and the reason i'm mentioning this in the context of consecrating russia is that we will look back from judgment day god will show us how easy it would have been to avoid world war one world war ii world war three and everything else so part of the punishment of hell is realizing just how easy god made it for us i don't understand why human respect would if that's what it was human respect would prevent any of the popes since the time of fatima from properly consecrating russia and ukraine by name to the immaculate heart of mary i don't get it i don't understand i'm sure there's a good reason but it's so easy it would be so easy just like when i went to confessions today you know i could have said oh it's it's snowing it's the roads are slushy i'm tired i'm embarrassed to talk about my sins but none of that occurred to me it's like i i know exactly what i need to do and thank you god for giving me the church and the sacraments and making it so easy for me so if you're not in the church get in the church if you're in the church stay in the church and get in the state of grace it's that easy it's really it really is easy and the punishment of hell will include that gnawing feeling that why didn't i do it it was so easy why didn't i do it that's a large part of the agony of hell so please pray for me in mind you and yours are in my prayers take care of yourselves and we'll talk very soon thanks for listening take care god bless
