Dominie commented on my YouTube channel saying that she doesn’t think Pope Francis is the Pope, however she does not consider herself to be a Sedevacantist. I met Shane on YouTube. He identifies as a combination of Gnostic and Baptist. Among other things, Shane believes that Satan is not pure spirit, but has a human form with both male and female sexual organs. He was friendly, and we got along well in spite of our theological differences.
I met John on Facebook. He is a family man who teaches Philosophy at John Abbott College. He is a colorful character with a very open mind, but he chooses to identify as Christian. I enjoyed listening to him talk, and hope to have him back. Lots of fun.
William is a very gifted visual artist whom I met at the University of Waterloo. We were in different programs, but we were neighbours. His depth and sensitivity made a deep impression on me even then. I’m glad to have reconnected.
SanathaVihari Losangeles is a Theravada Buddhist monk from Sarathchandra Buddhist Center in Los Angeles California. He stumbled upon my podcast and reached out to put me in touch with some Canadian Buddhists. He’s a bright young man with a sunny disposition.
Pykris reached out to do part 2. We talked about music, fantasy, mental-illness, compassion and psychiatry, among other things.
I saw a video of Kavneet Singh speaking about Sikhism on YouTube. I reached out to him and he agreed to speak to me about his faith. I used to live beside the Gurdwara Nanak Darbar Community Center Sikh Temple, and have always admired the Sikh people.
Pykris is the companion of Nicky, whom I interviewed recently. If I have understood correctly, this young man claims to be an avatar of one of Satan’s favorite demon-spawn, Pykris. I renounce forever Satan and all his demons and I give myself entirely to Jesus Christ.
